We are looking for an energetic, confident, and street-smart Sales & Marketing Executive who enjoys working on the ground and interacting with people.

The role involves extensive field sales and marketing, including visiting markets, businesses, corporate offices, and residential areas to promote our app, drive app downloads and registrations, generate leads, and support on-ground marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Travel across assigned markets and locations to promote the company’s app and services.
- Approach potential users and encourage app downloads, registrations, and active usage.
- Conduct door-to-door sales and marketing activities.
- Visit shops, businesses, offices, and corporate clients for B2B sales and partnerships.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers/business clients.
- Execute on-ground activations, promotional campaigns, and marketing activities.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, retailers, businesses, and corporate clients.




- Explain the product/service clearly and confidently to potential customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for app downloads, leads, sales, and activations.
- Collect market feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing team.
- Maintain regular reporting of field visits, leads, conversions, and activities.

Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Street-smart, energetic, and comfortable working in the field.
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.
- Ability to handle B2B, B2C, corporate, activation, and door-to-door sales.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Freshers with strong communication and confidence can also apply.
- Prior experience in field sales, marketing, business development, or app promotion will be an advantage.
