? We’re Hiring: Sales Engineers – Deep Tech | Lasers & Photonics

Are you a technically curious person who enjoys understanding technology, talking to customers, and turning technical solutions into real business opportunities?

Prenishq Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Sales Engineers to join our growing team and work at the intersection of Deep Tech, Lasers, Photonics and emerging Quantum Technologies .

Based near IIT Delhi , Prenishq works with advanced laser and photonics solutions for research, industrial and emerging technology applications.

What you’ll do

· Develop new business opportunities across India through customer engagement, networking and market development

· Work with research institutions, universities, laboratories, industries and technology companies

· Understand customer requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions

· Work closely with technical teams to develop proposals and solutions

· Manage the sales cycle—from lead generation and customer meetings to presentations, proposals, negotiations and order closure

· Conduct product presentations and demonstrations

· Participate in conferences, exhibitions and industry events

· Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and a strong professional network

· Track opportunities, maintain the sales pipeline and contribute to business growth

Who we’re looking for





· 0–2 years of experience — fresh graduates with the right aptitude are encouraged to apply

· B.Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Physics, Engineering or a related technical field

· MBA in Marketing/Sales is an advantage

· Strong communication and presentation skills

· Curiosity and willingness to learn complex technical concepts

· Interest in both technology and business development

· Ability to understand customer problems and communicate technical solutions clearly

· Willingness to travel across India

· Most importantly, someone who wants to build something—not simply follow a conventional career path
