Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales / Service Engineers role based in Kerala, India. The Sales / Service Engineer will install, commission, and maintain equipment at customer locations, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. The role involves diagnosing technical issues, performing repairs, and providing field service support, while documenting service activities and reporting findings.

The engineer will also assist in pre-sales and post-sales activities, such as product demonstrations, basic training for customers,



and follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair skills to perform routine servicing, corrective actions, and replacements of parts and components.
- Candidates should possess Field Service experience to work independently on-site, manage service calls, and adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to interact with customers, document work, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation.
