Sales Development Representative – Work & Live in China /n Location: China /n Company: Indian-owned company /n Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience /n Salary: USD 1,000–1,200 per month /n About the Opportunity /n We are looking for a sharp, confident, and highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in China. /n Previous BPO or call-center experience is preferred but not required. However, applicants must have excellent telephone communication skills, solid sales acumen, and the confidence to engage prospective clients through outbound calls. /n We are an Indian-owned company with an established team of Indian nationals, providing a comfortable and supportive environment for Indian employees. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
/n
- Research and identify potential customers.
/n
- Generate, qualify, and nurture sales opportunities.
/n
- Understand prospects' requirements and determine their suitability.
/n
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
/n
- Follow up consistently with prospects by telephone, email, and other communication channels.
/n
- Build professional relationships with potential clients.
/n
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
/n
- Achieve daily,
weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
/n /n Requirements /n /n
- Minimum two years of professional work experience.
/n
- BPO, call-center, inside-sales, telecalling, or lead-generation experience is preferred but not mandatory.
/n
- Sharp sales acumen and exceptional telephone communication skills are essential.
/n
- Excellent spoken English.
/n
- Confident, persuasive, energetic, and comfortable making outbound calls.
/n
- Ability to engage prospects, handle objections, and identify genuine sales opportunities.
/n
- International calling or sales experience is an advantage.
/n
- Target-oriented, disciplined, and equipped with a strong sales mindset.
/n
- Willing and able to relocate to, work, and live in China.
