About the Role
Ksoft Technologies is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us connect with international prospects and create new business opportunities across the US and European markets.

What You’ll Do
- Identify and research potential international clients.
- Reach out to prospects through multiple channels including LinkedIn, email, phone calls, WhatsApp, and other relevant platforms.
- Build and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline.
- Engage with founders, CEOs, business owners, and decision-makers.
- Understand prospect requirements and qualify leads.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Work according to US/EU business hours when required.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach and conversion.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, SDR, or international sales.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with international clients.
- Strong prospecting and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM tools, and cold calling.
- Goal-oriented with a robust willingness to learn.
- Experience selling IT/software services is a plus.
