About the Role:

Biotecnika is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Development Associates to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates from a Science, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences background who are interested in sales, customer interaction, relationship building, and business growth.

As a Sales Development Associate, you will connect with prospective students and professionals, understand their career and learning requirements, introduce suitable Biotecnika programs, and support them throughout the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with prospective students and professionals through inbound and outbound calls.
- Identify and qualify potential leads based on their requirements.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses and training programs.
- Explain Biotecnika's programs, services, and offerings clearly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
- Follow up with interested leads through calls, email, and WhatsApp.
- Conduct program presentations and explain relevant course advantages.
- Guide prospective learners through the enrollment process.
- Handle basic customer queries and provide accurate program information.




- Maintain and update lead details regularly in the CRM.
- Work towards achieving individual and team performance targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Eligibility:

- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Must have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree .
- Final-year students and candidates currently pursuing their degree are not eligible.
- Educational background must be in Science, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related disciplines .
- Candidates from Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Sciences, Zoology, Botany, Pharmacy , and related fields are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
