- Handle customer and dealer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Prepare and send technical and commercial quotations.
- Coordinate with customers regarding product selection, pricing and order requirements.
- Follow up on quotations and enquiries for order closure.
- Coordinate with the technical team for pump selection and specifications.
- Prepare Proforma Invoices and coordinate order processing.
- Coordinate with the factory, accounts and dispatch teams for timely execution of orders.
- Maintain customer enquiry, quotation and follow-up records.
- Follow up with customers for payments and pending commercial documentation.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with dealers, distributors and customers.
- Provide regular sales and enquiry updates to management.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Experience
- Technical sales: 1 year (Preferred)
