Unitech Packs is hiring a Sales Coordinator for our team in Puducherry. This role involves supporting the sales team with order processing, customer coordination, and administrative follow-up to ensure smooth sales operations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between sales team, customers, and factory/dispatch for order processing
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, quotations, and order records
- Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and payments
- Handle customer calls and inquiries related to orders
- Maintain and update the customer database
- Assist sales team with documentation and scheduling
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Any Degree
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
- Freshers welcome – full training will be provided
