We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing leads, client communication, follow-ups, quotations, and sales coordination. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and have strong communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage incoming leads and enquiries.
- Follow up with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and travel packages.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with operations and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
- Track enquiries from initial contact to closure.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Handle client queries and coordinate with the relevant team for quick resolution.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
- Support the team with documentation and other sales-related activities.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, travel sales, or a similar role.
- Experience in the travel & tourism industry will be preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities simultaneously.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
