Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales and business development team in managing client communication, sales documentation, quotations, follow-ups, and coordination with internal departments. The candidate will play an important role in ensuring smooth coordination from enquiry to order execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team for day-to-day sales activities and client requirements.
- Handle incoming enquiries and maintain proper records of leads and opportunities.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, approvals, purchase orders, and payments.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and clients for project-related requirements.
- Maintain updated sales trackers, enquiry records, quotation status, and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the design team for drawings, material details, samples, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with billing/accounts and site teams once an order is confirmed.
- Assist in preparing project-related documentation and maintaining proper records.
- Track order status and communicate updates to clients and the sales team.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations,



product information, and project details.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients and support relationship management.
- Assist in scheduling client meetings, site visits, and presentations.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending approvals, documents, and commercial matters.
- Perform other sales and coordination activities as required by the management.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain sales records and documentation systematically.
- Good understanding of quotations and basic commercial documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and clients.
- Good time management and attention to detail.
- Professional and confident approach while communicating with clients.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BMS, or any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, business operations, interior/design, construction, lighting, or related industries will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience dealing with architects, interior designers, contractors, or project-based businesses will be an added advantage.

Salary As per experience and industry standards.
