About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Consultant to speak with business owners and entrepreneurs and help them identify the right sales/marketing coaching program based on their needs.

This is a consultative, high-ticket sales role — not conventional telesales. The ideal candidate should be able to understand a prospect's business, ask the right questions, identify their challenges, recommend the right solution and close the enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with business owners and entrepreneurs.
- Understand the prospect's business, challenges, goals and requirements.
- Conduct effective discovery conversations and needs analysis.
- Use implication and need-payoff questions to understand the prospect's urgency and desired outcome.
- Recommend the appropriate program based on the prospect's needs.
- Handle objections around price, timing and decision-making.
- Follow up consistently and convert qualified prospects into paid enrollments.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules.
- Work towards sales and revenue targets.
- Participate in sales training, role plays and call reviews.

What We're Looking For
- 3–4 years of experience in consultative sales,



inside sales, high-ticket sales, business development or similar roles.
- Experience selling coaching, training, EdTech, consulting, SaaS, real estate, BFSI or other high-value products/services preferred.
- Fluent spoken Hindi and English – mandatory.
- Strong listening and questioning skills.
- Confident speaking with business owners, founders and senior decision-makers.
- Strong objection-handling and closing ability.
- Comfortable discussing money and working with targets.
- Coachability: willing to learn, take feedback and follow a structured sales process.
- Accountability: takes ownership of follow-ups, conversions and revenue.
- Graduate in any discipline. MBA not required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
