Key Responsibilities

Visit existing customers regularly for payment collection and ensure timely follow-ups.

Coordinate with customers for re-orders

Build and maintain solid customer relationships to ensure customer retention.

Maintain proper records of collections, outstanding payments, and visit reports.

Resolve customer queries related to billing, delivery, or product requirements.

Share market feedback and customer needs with the internal team.

Coordinate with the sales office for invoice updates, dispatch status, and payment confirmations.

Requirements

Graduate / 12th pass with relevant field experience.

Must have two-wheeler and a valid driving license.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / WhatsApp communication.

Honest, reliable, and comfortable travelling to customer locations.
