- Handle customer enquiries through phone, email and WhatsApp.

- Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices and sales documents.

- Follow up with customers for quotations, purchase orders and order confirmations.

- Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Planning, Dispatch, Accounts and Logistics teams.

- Track customer orders and provide regular updates on delivery schedules.

- Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, orders and customer details.

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales MIS reports.

- Follow up on pending orders, payments and customer requirements.

- Update customer and sales information in ERP/CRM/Excel.

- Support the sales team with documentation and day-to-day coordination.

- Handle customer queries and provide timely responses.

- Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth order execution.

- Provide after-sales coordination and customer support when required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
