About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Associate to join our team in Gurugram.

? Location: Gurugram, Haryana

? Work Mode: On-site

? Employment Type: Full time

As a Sales Associate, you'll connect with prospective learners, understand their career goals, and guide them toward the right Data Analytics program. You'll manage leads, run counselling calls, follow up with prospects, and turn qualified leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels
- Understand each learner's career goals and interest in Data Analytics
- Clearly explain QUAT's Data Analytics program, learning experience, and career outcomes
- Qualify leads and follow up consistently
- Convert interested prospects into paid enrollments
- Keep lead and sales records accurate and up to date in the CRM




- Meet individual and team sales targets
- Work with internal teams as needed
- Share prospect feedback to improve our sales approach and learner experience

Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in sales, inside sales, counselling, or a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with prospects over calls and WhatsApp
- Ability to understand learner needs and recommend the right program
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google Workspace or MS Office

Preferred

- Experience in EdTech, education, or B2C sales
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
