Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Associate to join our Real Estate Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective customers, conducting property presentations and site visits, and converting leads into successful bookings.

Both freshers and experienced candidates (05 years) with strong communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through company-provided leads, referrals, networking, and self-sourcing.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, preferences, and investment objectives.
- Explain project features, specifications, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits to prospective customers.
- Conduct regular site visits and property presentations for clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.




- Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams to support the sales closure process.
- Negotiate effectively and assist customers throughout the booking process.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and new real estate developments.
- Generate business through referrals and personal networks.

Compensation
