Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate – Health Insurance role based in Gurugram.

The Sales

Associate will engage with potential customers, understand their health insurance needs, and recommend suitable plans from various insurers. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining policy features and benefits, addressing customer questions, and guiding individuals through the application and purchase process. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, following up with leads, and meeting defined sales and customer service targets.

Associate will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in clear, simple language.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills, with a focus on understanding needs and providing honest, solution-oriented guidance.
- Sales and negotiation skills, including experience working with targets, lead conversion, and handling objections.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using CRM tools, online comparison platforms, and standard office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, in office environment in Gurugram and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in health insurance or financial services sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant certifications in insurance or sales are an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.
