Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Associate.

The Sales

Associate will manage inbound and outbound sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and presenting services to potential clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on opportunities, and supporting the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to understand service offerings,



gathering client requirements, and providing feedback to improve sales strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and client relationship skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.

- Basic CRM and sales process knowledge, including pipeline management, documentation, and follow-up practices.

- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads, tasks, and deadlines in a remote environment.

- Comfort with digital tools and online collaboration platforms; familiarity with BPO, consulting, or offshore services is a plus.

- Ability to work independently, meet performance targets, and contribute positively to a distributed team.

- Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer service preferred; relevant education in business or a related field is beneficial.
