Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good customer service and build customer relationships.
- Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness.
- Check and maintain stock availability.
- Support visual merchandising and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and team members.
- Follow company policies, store procedures, and grooming standards.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification is Plus Two (+2)
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.(Previous experience in retail sales or menswear will be an advantage.)
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of computers/POS is preferred.
Salary:12000-15000
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
