Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the furniture & furnishing industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, promotions, and campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Manage relationships with key accounts, identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling, and negotiate contracts.
Job Requirements :
- 4-16 years of experience in sales & marketing roles within the furniture & furnishing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Solid understanding of market research principles to inform strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
