Industry: Industrial Construction | Oil & Gas | Petrochemical

Locations: Gujarat & Maharashtra

We are looking for experienced and safety-focused professionals to join our project teams for the following positions:

1. SAFETY STEWARD

Salary: Up to 25,000 Gross/Month Additional Benefits: Annual Bonus + LTA

Experience: Experience in Industrial Construction / Oil & Gas / Petrochemical projects preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with HSE procedures.
- Ensure workers use required PPE and follow secure work practices.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and report unsafe acts/conditions.
- Support toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness programs.
- Assist in reporting incidents, near misses, and safety observations.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and workmen to maintain safe working conditions.

1. SAFETY SUPERVISOR

Salary: Up to 35,000 Gross/Month Additional Benefits: Annual Bonus + LTA

Experience: Relevant experience in Industrial Construction / Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily HSE activities and ensure compliance with project safety standards.




- Monitor high-risk activities including work at height, lifting, hot work, confined space, excavation, etc.
- Ensure proper implementation of Permit-to-Work systems and risk assessments.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, inspections, and safety audits.
- Investigate and report incidents and near misses.
- Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and client HSE teams.
- Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions.

Candidate Profile
- Relevant educational qualification/certification in Occupational Health & Safety / Industrial Safety preferred.
- Hands-on experience in industrial construction, Oil & Gas, petrochemical, refinery, or similar projects.
- Good knowledge of site safety procedures, PPE, PTW, risk assessment, and safety practices.
- Willingness to work at project sites in Gujarat and Maharashtra.

Job Locations: Gujarat & Maharashtra Salary: As per position and experience, within the above-mentioned range.
