Responsibilities
- - Implement & maintain occupational health & safety policies
- - Ensure compliance with statutory safety laws & factory rules
- - Conduct risk assessments, inspections & internal audits
- - Investigate accidents/near misses & drive corrective actions
- - Conduct safety training, toolbox talks & awareness programs
- - Monitor PPE usage & emergency preparedness (fire drills, mock drills)
- - Oversee fire & electrical safety, permit‑to‑work system
- - Ensure contractor safety compliance & reporting to management
- - Promote continuous improvement in workplace safety culture
Qualification
- - Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with Diploma in Safety/Industrial Safety (Regular mode only)
- - Proficiency in MS Office
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
