Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and monitor site HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies as per Adani standards
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and risk assessments (JSA/RA)
- Ensure compliance with work permits (PTW), LOTO, height work, hot work procedures
- Investigate incidents/near-misses and submit reports
- Coordinate with client safety team and conduct regular audits/inspections
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safety training for all manpower

- Expertise in PTW systems, hazard identification & risk assessment
- Leadership and team handling skills

- Documentation and audit handling capability

Qualification & Experience:

- Degree/Diploma + NEBOSH/IOSH
- 5–10 years experience
