- Progressive software development experience and hands on technical expertise on AS400/IBM I, RPGILE, RPG IV, RPG Free-format, CLLE, ILE, DB2, SQLRPGLE.
- Should have strong experience building web service/ API integration for enterprise applications.
- Hands on experience in creating procedures, triggers, and service programs.
- Experience in ERP domain is an added advantage.
- Good Analytical and reasoning skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team workplace .
- Ability to own projects and work with minimal direction.
- Scrum and any Agile methodologies.
- Testing and QA experience.
- Experience with complex SQL (Dynamic, Stored Procedures and Triggers)
