Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath Studio.
- Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation workflows following UiPath best practices and standards.
- Configure, manage, and support UiPath Orchestrator components, including processes, robots, queues, triggers, assets, credentials, and jobs.
- Develop and maintain integrations with web applications, REST/SOAP APIs, Microsoft 365 applications, Excel, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Implement robust exception handling, logging, monitoring, and recovery mechanisms to ensure automation reliability.
- Develop reusable RPA frameworks, components, and templates to accelerate automation delivery.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Manage automation deployments across development, testing, and production environments.
- Monitor production bots, automation workflows, queues, and job executions to ensure operational stability.
- Troubleshoot automation failures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Provide L2/L3 support for production RPA solutions and resolve incidents within defined service levels.
- Analyze automation performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in release management, change management, and production readiness activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and application teams to gather requirements, address operational issues, and identify new automation opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3 to 5 years of experience in RPA development, with strong hands-on expertise in UiPath and enterprise automation delivery.
- Proven experience designing, developing,



deploying, monitoring, and supporting end-to-end UiPath automation solutions.

- Working knowledge of UiPath REFramework, Automation Cloud, Document Understanding, and Orchestrator APIs.
- Experience with SQL and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices, Git version control, and automated deployment pipelines for RPA solutions.
- Understanding of ITIL, Service Management concepts, Agile methodologies, and Scrum practices.
- Robust understanding of RPA architecture, automation design principles, and enterprise automation governance.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a proactive production support mindset.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality automation solutions.
- Focused on automation stability, scalability, performance, maintainability, and continuous improvement.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
