Purpose

Work with business and technology teams to understand business processes, assess automation feasibility, develop solutions, and monitor the roll out of these RPA solutions including RPA proof of concepts, support for existing RPA Bots, create an RPA roadmap

Scope

Support all markets in RPA projects

Key Responsibilities

· Creating and maintaining solution documentation (SDD) with detailed TO-BE process flows, release documents and user training manuals.

· Bot development, code review, deploying bot to production and an expertise in integration of systems (M365, ML, OCR & NLP)

· An expertise in RPA Automation Anywhere: working knowledge on A2019 and AA Cloud.

· Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements to deploy RPA solutions

· Develop project plans, schedule, issue status reports to the project team, analyse results, and troubleshoot problem areas for existing deployments

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Experience

· BE / BTECH / MCA / M.Sc.(computers) / M.E. / M.Tech

· Experience: 2+ Years

· RPA Product Specialist with Technical Deployment and Development Experience in one or more leading RPA technologies (e.g. Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate Desktop, UI Path etc).





· AA advanced and/or AA Master certification would be preferred

· Expertise in .NET, C#, Java/VB Script programming, XML, Rest API and Excel Macros.

· Experience on SAP automation, IQ bot & SQL Database

Skills/Knowledge

· Good knowledge on Control room (WLM, schedules, credential manager, bot insights & dashboards)

· Solid in problem solving, design principles and modular programming techniques

· Ability to lead a team of developers and implement automation solutions independently.

· Client facing experience and good communication skills verbal and written

· Prior consulting experience in RPA technologies would be an advantage

· Worked on RPA/Automation Projects with and without using RPA software
