We are seeking a resilient, techniclly sound and empathetic professional to join our team and lead training sessions, office & onsite, that empower School children with essential technical skills in emerging technologies. Post-training, the ideal candidate will follow the curriculum, develop lesson plans and deliver engaging training programs on hardware, software, and design tailored to various skill levels.

Responsibilities include conducting hands-on workshops, creating instructional materials, assessing learner progress, and staying current with industry trends. Strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible content are essential.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars for school-level learner groups.
- Design and develop Lesson Plans and materials for technical subjects following the available curriculum
- Tailor content to meet the needs of various skill levels, from beginners to high achievers.
- Conduct training programs at office and onsite (Schools’ location)
- Assess trainee progress through quizzes, assignments, and feedback to ensure learning objectives are met.
- Maintain a clear record of training outcomes and learner achievements.
- Engage,



assure and update parents on the programs and ongoing training sessions.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate into training content.
- Offer one-on-one support and guidance to learners as needed.
- Coordinate with curriculum developers and higher-ups to improve training techniques and materials based on learner feedback and industry advancements.
- Assist in creating certifications and assessments to validate the skills learned by participants.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Engineering. Preferably Electronics or IT
- Certification in Robotics, IoT or Machine Learning

Skills:

- Technical know-how in the domain of Electronics, Robotics, IoT, Machine Learning and such.
- Understands STEM Educations
- Good Communication and Writing Skills
- Passion to work with children
- Continual learning and having amazing learning outcomes.
- Intermediate level knowledge in Excel and other productivity tools
- Should be comfortable go to schools to deliver training programs
- Flexible to work 6 days a week (Saturday and Sunday included)

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
