Job Title: Robotics Engineer (ROS 1, 2 & Navigation)

Responsibilities

- Design and develop industrial-grade automation systems to improve operational efficiency and reliability.
- Develop PLC programs on Schneider (EcoStruxure Machine Expert / Control Expert, Modicon) and Siemens (TIA Portal, S7-1200/1500) platforms as per process requirements.
- Select sensors, actuators, drives and control components, and prepare complete BOMs with make, part number, rating and quantity.
- Prepare electrical schematics, panel layouts and wiring diagrams; supervise panel wiring, testing and loop checks.
- Develop HMI screens (Vijeo Designer/ WinCC) for operation, alarms and monitoring.
- Carry out FAT/SAT, in office commissioning and troubleshooting with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and performance standards
- Work on Machine Vision, Machine Learning and IoT for smart automation and predictive maintenance.
- REQUIRED SKILLS




- Hands-on PLC programming experience on Siemens and/or Schneider PLCs.
- Experience in BOM preparation and automation hardware selection.
- Strong knowledge of control circuits, panel wiring and electrical drawings
- Working knowledge of VFDs, servos, sensors, pneumatics and Modbus / PROFINET communication.
- Field experience in installation, commissioning and troubleshooting.

Stipend: 10000-12000 per month

Experience: 6 Months - 1 year
