Job Overview

We are seeking a Robotics Engineer specializing in Product Development & Technology. In this role, you will bridge customer-facing deliverables with cutting-edge internal R&D.; You will design, develop, test, and deploy integrated robotics software modules and physical/simulated hardware integrations.

The ideal candidate works across the full product lifespan - from concept verification and simulation validation to real-world deployment on physical hardware. You are expected to demonstrate strong engineering ownership, progressing toward complete system-level responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Product Development & Integration

- Design, implement, test, and integrate software modules for client-facing robotics solutions.
- Conduct hardware/software communication integration, sensor integration, and robot system integration.
- Perform simulation validation and system-level testing before deployment.
- Create comprehensive documentation (architecture, installation, APIs, setup, and deployment guides).

2. In-House R&D; & Technology Innovation

- Research, validate, and build proof-of-concepts (PoCs), working prototypes, AI models, and robotics pipelines.
- Benchmark system performance focusing on latency, accuracy, planning time, CPU/GPU utilization, and task completion rates.
- Develop reusable software assets, including libraries,



simulation environments, APIs, and development utilities.
- Document experimental findings and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions across the team.

3. Engineering Quality & Technical Ownership

- Take ownership of modules from initial design through validation and deployment.
- Ensure code satisfies the definition of done: implemented, tested, integrated, demonstrated, and documented.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical interns to build internal technical capacity.

Experience Required : 1 to 5 years Qualifications & Requirements

Technical Skills:

- Core Robotics: Deep experience with ROS / ROS2, control systems, and robotics concepts.
- Programming: Proficiency in C++, Python, Linux environments, and Git version control.
- Specialized Capabilities: Hands-on experience with Computer Vision, AI/ML pipelines, or Motion Planning.
- Integration & Simulation: Demonstrated expertise in sensor fusion, hardware communications, and simulation frameworks.

Soft Skills & Ownership:

- Proactive problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
- Solid technical written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across client delivery deadlines and open-ended R&D; goals.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
