Job Title: Robo Programmer – Welding RobotJob Description

We are looking for a skilled Robo Programmer to program, set up, and optimize welding robots to achieve efficient production and consistent quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Program and set up welding robots as per engineering drawings and production requirements.
- Develop, modify, and optimize robot programs for different welding components.
- Optimize cycle time, robot movements, and welding parameters to improve productivity.
- Ensure consistent weld quality and compliance with specified standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve robot programming, welding, and process-related issues.
- Conduct robot setup, teaching, and parameter adjustments as required.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve process issues.
- Support new product development, trials, and process improvements.
- Maintain robot programs, process parameters, and related documentation.
- Ensure secure operation of robotic welding systems and follow all safety procedures.

Required Skills




- Experience in welding robot programming and operation.
- Knowledge of robotic welding processes and welding parameters.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of robot teaching, programming, and troubleshooting.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.

Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: Diploma / ITI / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related field.
- Experience: 2–10 years in robotic welding / robot programming preferred.
- Experience with industrial welding robots will be an added advantage.
