Description

As the Maintenance Lead for Dominos stores in the DPI West 1 region, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our stores. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a team of regional engineers, technicians, and bike mechanics, overseeing all maintenance-related tasks and ensuring the highest standards of store upkeep. This role is integral to our business, as it directly impacts the customer experience and overall store performance.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of regional engineers, technicians, and bike mechanics, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
- Oversee all maintenance activities in Dominos stores within the DPI West 1 region, including equipment maintenance, facility upkeep, and bike fleet management.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols, ensuring timely and regular maintenance to prevent equipment breakdowns and store disruptions.
- Conduct regular site visits to Dominos stores, assessing maintenance needs, providing on-site support, and ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Manage and prioritize maintenance requests, ensuring prompt response and resolution, and maintaining open communication with store managers and staff.
- Collaborate with store managers to identify and address any maintenance-related issues, offering solutions and implementing preventive measures to minimize future problems.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.




- Stay updated on the latest maintenance technologies, equipment, and best practices, and incorporate these into store operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Train and mentor team members on maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance operations, including team leadership and project management.
- Robust knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment, and safety standards, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with store managers, staff, and team members.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools, as well as basic computer applications for record-keeping and reporting.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the DPI West 1 region for site visits and team management.
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by maintenance operations and store needs.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- A proactive and customer-centric approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional maintenance services.
