Role & responsibilities

- Deliver practical, project-based training on Revit Architecture, Revit Structure, and Precast.

- Conduct live demonstrations, assignments, practical exercises, and project sessions.

- Guide students on industry-standard BIM workflows and best practices.

- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.

- Prepare and mentor students for technical interviews and industry requirements.

- Develop, maintain, and update training materials as required.

- Provide continuous guidance and support to students throughout the training program.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Revit.

- Solid knowledge of BIM concepts, workflows, and industry practices.

- Practical experience in Revit Architecture / Structure / Precast.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong mentoring and interpersonal skills.

- Passion for teaching, training, and developing aspiring engineers.
