REVENUE MANAGER – HOTEL

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to maximize hotel revenue and profitability through effective pricing, forecasting, inventory management, and distribution strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.
- Monitor daily booking trends, occupancy, room rates, pickup, cancellations and market demand.
- Manage room pricing and inventory across OTAs, GDS and direct booking channels.
- Conduct regular competitor rate and market analysis.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports and forecasts.
- Optimize rates based on seasonality, demand, events and market conditions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Reservations, Front Office and Marketing teams.
- Manage OTA platforms such as MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, etc.
- Maintain rate parity and optimize online distribution.
- Identify opportunities for promotions, packages and upselling.
- Support annual budgeting,



business planning and revenue forecasting.
- Track and improve hotel revenue performance through data-driven decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant hotel revenue management experience.
- Strong knowledge of pricing, forecasting, inventory and distribution management.
- Experience with PMS, CRS and Channel Manager systems.
- Strong knowledge of OTA extranets and online hotel distribution.
- Excellent MS Excel and analytical skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced hotel environment.

Candidates with strong experience in hotel revenue management, OTA management, pricing strategy and forecasting will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
