About the Opportunity micro1 is seeking experienced Revenue Operations & CRM Systems Specialists (SaaS) to support complex operational systems projects involving CRM platforms, revenue operations workflows, billing systems, customer success processes, and cross-functional business operations.

This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience managing CRM systems, sales operations, customer success operations, SaaS implementations, and revenue technology stacks. You'll help evaluate operational processes, identify system inefficiencies, and provide expert recommendations for improving business workflows and data integrity.

You'll apply your expertise in CRM administration, operational process design, revenue systems management, and cross-platform workflow optimization to support sophisticated business operations projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze CRM, billing, and ticketing systems to identify operational inefficiencies and process gaps.
- Review workflows, automations, permissions, and data structures to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems.
- Identify policy conflicts, duplicate records, outdated automations, and undocumented operational processes.
- Create detailed recommendations for handling complex operational scenarios and business workflows.
- Evaluate data quality and define desired-state operational structures across interconnected systems.
- Document reasoning behind operational decisions, system changes, and process recommendations.




- Assess the downstream impact of changes across CRM, billing, support, and revenue platforms.
- Provide clear written documentation suitable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support operational alignment initiatives across sales, customer success, implementation, and finance functions.

Required Qualifications
1. 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, SaaS Implementation, or related operational roles.
2. Direct experience configuring and managing CRM systems, including fields, workflows, validation rules, automations, permissions, and reporting.
3. Experience working with multiple SaaS revenue tools such as CRM platforms, billing systems, subscription management software, CPQ solutions, ticketing platforms, project management tools, or integration platforms.
4. Robust understanding of operational workflows across sales, onboarding, customer success, renewals, and revenue management.
5. Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and identify operational inefficiencies.
6. Experience evaluating changes that affect multiple interconnected systems and workflows.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
8. Ability to clearly document operational reasoning, trade-offs, and decision-making processes.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience with CPQ, billing, subscription management, or revenue automation platforms.
- Background in SaaS organizations, particularly within fintech, healthtech, insurtech, or multi-product software companies.
- Experience supporting customer onboarding, renewals, entitlement management, or subscription operations.
- Familiarity with workflow automation and integration tools.
- Experience creating operational documentation, process maps, and governance frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
