RCM Analyst / Senior RCM Analyst

Location: Noida Experience: 1–5+ years in U.S. Healthcare RCM Industry: U.S. Healthcare / DME DME & Brightree experience: Preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced RCM Analyst / Senior RCM Analyst to support the U.S. healthcare revenue cycle process. The role may involve patient intake, insurance verification, billing, claims submission, payment posting, AR, denials, collections,



and appeals.

Key Responsibilities

· Verify patient demographics, insurance eligibility, perks, and authorizations.

· Prepare, review, and submit accurate insurance claims.

· Monitor rejected/denied claims and complete corrections, resubmissions, and appeals.

· Post insurance payments, adjustments, and reconcile accounts.

· Follow up on outstanding AR and unpaid/underpaid claims with insurance companies.

· Review EOBs/ERAs and identify payment discrepancies.

· Maintain accurate documentation in RCM/billing systems.

· Coordinate with Billing, Coding, Collections, and other teams to resolve issues.

· Meet defined productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets.

· Identify recurring issues and support process improvement.

Required Skills

· 1–5+ years of U.S. Healthcare RCM experience.

· Knowledge of medical billing, claims, AR, denials, and insurance collections.

· Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.

· Understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS.

· Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and healthcare/RCM systems.

Preferred: DME experience and Brightree experience.
