? About the RoleWe’re looking for a confident and result-oriented Retail Team Lead who can lead the store team, drive sales, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

? What You’ll Do

- Lead, guide and motivate the retail sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Drive high customer conversion and sales performance.
- Monitor team performance and identify opportunities to improve sales.
- Handle customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Track key sales metrics, targets and team performance.
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Train and coach team members on sales,



product knowledge and customer handling.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales, inventory and store requirements.

Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of overall experience in retail.
- Minimum 2 years of experience specifically as a Team Lead / Supervisor.
- Retail experience is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve high customer conversion and sales rates.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to prepare and understand sales reports.
- Target-oriented with robust ownership and problem-solving skills.

Added AdvantageExperience in Kids, Toys, Kids Lifestyle, Baby Products or similar retail categories will be a strong plus. We’re Looking ForSomeone who can confidently say:
