Role Description The Retail Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations at the Hyderabad location in an on-site, full-time capacity. This includes supervising staff, organizing work schedules, and ensuring that customer service standards are consistently met. The role involves monitoring inventory levels, coordinating stock replenishment, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring accurate cash handling and point-of-sale processes.

The Store

Manager will track sales performance, implement promotional activities, and apply retail loss prevention practices to protect store assets. This position also requires maintaining a clean and safe store environment, addressing customer concerns,



and reporting operational metrics and issues to senior management.

Qualifications

- Robust customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to respond to inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, guiding team members, and coordinating with management.
- Hands-on Store Management experience, including supervising staff, managing shifts, overseeing inventory, and maintaining store standards.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and ensure compliance with store policies.
- Previous experience in retail or convenience store operations; experience in a supervisory or team lead role is preferred.

- Ability to work on-site full-time in Hyderabad and manage flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and reliability in cash handling and reporting.
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and common office software; familiarity with retail metrics and sales reporting is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, retail management, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
