About the Role:

We are standardizing our retail operations to prepare our bakery brand for franchise expansion. We are looking for an energetic, disciplined, and customer-focused Level 2 Store Supervisor to oversee daily front-of-house operations, mentor counter associates, drive ticket size through active upselling, and build a long-term leadership career with the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counter Team Leadership & SOP Compliance:
- Ensure punctual store opening, proper staff grooming, immaculate uniform standards, and continuous counter and glass display hygiene.
- Coach front-counter associates on active customer greeting, FIFO (First-In, First-Out) stock rotation, and speedy POS billing.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling Execution:
- Supervise active cross-selling of high-margin items (fresh dry/tea cakes, handmade cookies/biscuits, and party props) on celebration cake orders.
- Maintain and replenish the counter sampling station daily with fresh cake cubes and cookies to drive impulse purchases.
- Lead Conversion & Advance Bookings:
- Promptly handle inbound inquiries (WhatsApp, social media ads, walk-ins) for designer and customized celebration cakes, securing bookings with 50% advance payment.
- Run outbound CRM pre-booking calls and messages using the customer celebration database 7 to 10 days ahead of birthdays and anniversaries.
- Reputation & Data Capture:




- Ensure 100% of customer billing profiles capture verified names, mobile numbers, and celebration dates.
- Guide satisfied walk-ins to scan the counter QR code to generate authentic 5-star Google reviews.
- Kitchen Coordination & Cash Reconciliation:
- Cross-verify incoming deliveries from the production unit against dispatch sheets (verifying weight, design, flavor, and condition).
- Close the shift register daily with zero cash variance between physical drawer count, UPI, card swipes, and POS system sales.
- Fill and maintain the daily tracking register to log associate cross-sell metrics and incentive payouts.

Candidate Requirements:

- Communication: Courteous, articulate, and confident customer-facing communication.
- Sales Orientation: Proactive mindset to suggest upgrades, combos, and premium items rather than acting as a passive cashier.
- Integrity & Precision: Complete accuracy in cash handling, stock auditing, and reporting.
- Team Handling: Ability to guide, motivate, and hold junior counter associates accountable with patience and firm standards.

Compensation & Growth opportunities:

- Fixed Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month (commensurate with retail experience)
- Performance Incentives: Additional monthly earnings of ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 based on store sales targets, advance cake bookings, and cross-selling milestones.
- Appraisal & Career Growth: Consistent high performers are eligible for a 10% to 20% direct salary hike during performance reviews, alongside a direct promotion to Level 3 (Store Manager) to oversee complete store operations and upcoming branch outlets.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
