- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the retail store.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate store staff to achieve business targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing, and store transactions.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, expiry, damages, and shrinkage.
- Ensure proper merchandising, product display, pricing, and store cleanliness.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Monitor staff attendance, duty schedules, performance, and discipline.
Preferred Experience 2–5 years of experience in retail store operations or store management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
