Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their requirements.
- Help customers choose the right products based on their needs.
- Explain product details, prices, offers, and collections.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain good customer relationships.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and the store is maintained well.
- Support stock checking and other store activities.
- Work with the team to achieve store sales targets.
Requirements
- 1 - 4 years of experience in retail sales.
- Experience in fashion, ethnic wear, jewellery, or lifestyle retail is preferred.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Presentable and confident personality.
- Comfortable working in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
