Job Summary

We are seeking energetic Retail Sales professionals with strong experience in channel sales, distributor management, and retail network expansion. The role involves driving revenue growth through distributor and retailer engagement, strengthening market presence, and achieving sales targets across assigned territories. Candidates with experience in steel, building materials, cement, paints or related industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales through distributor and retailer onboarding, engagement, and relationship management.

- Expand retail coverage by identifying and developing new channel partners.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Monitor distributor performance, stock management, and credit discipline.

- Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure product availability.

- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and competitive activities.

- Gather market intelligence and provide pricing insights.





- Train and develop distributor sales representatives (DSRs) to improve market penetration.

- Leverage CRM tools for sales tracking and performance monitoring.

- Drive adoption of digital platforms among channel partners.

- Execute trade marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and retailer engagement programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; Engineering or MBA preferred.

- 4 to 8 years of experience in Channel Sales, Retail Sales, or Distributor Management.

- Experience in Steel, Building Materials, Cement, Paints, FMCG, Construction Materials, or related sectors.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding channel networks.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales management.

- Fluency in English and local language.
