Job Summary

GemJohri is looking for a customer-focused and confident Retail Sales Executive to join our gemstone and jewellery store in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with customers, have good communication skills, and be willing to learn about gemstones and jewellery.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in the store
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Explain product features, pricing, and basic gemstone information
- Handle customer queries and build customer relationships




- Support sales and achieve monthly targets
- Assist with billing, packing, and order coordination
- Maintain product displays and store presentation

Requirements

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly personality
- Basic sales skills
- Willingness to learn about gemstones and jewellery
- Responsible and target-oriented
- Freshers are welcome; training will be provided
