Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding customer shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and brand representation.
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure store operations are carried out as per company standards.
- Build robust customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Retail, Apparel, Footwear, Fashion,



Lifestyle, or Sportswear industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales and customer service.
- Energetic, team-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
- Comfortable working in retail shifts, weekends, and holidays.
