We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Retail Sales Advisor to join our retail team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences.

- Provide detailed product information and explain features, benefits, and pricing.

- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.

- Maintain excellent customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

- Handle billing, payments, product exchanges, and other basic store transactions.

- Maintain proper product displays, visual merchandising, and overall store presentation.

- Ensure stock is properly arranged and assist with stock checking and inventory management.

- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

- Follow company policies, grooming standards, and store procedures.





- Coordinate with the Store Manager and team to ensure smooth daily store operations.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in watches, fashion, jewellery, luxury, or premium retail.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.

- Ability to achieve sales targets.

- Basic knowledge of billing and inventory procedures.

- Good grooming and professional appearance.

- Freshers with strong communication and a passion for retail sales may also apply.
