- Field-based role requiring regular store visits to ensure operational standards are maintained
- Ensure effective implementation and compliance of brand operational SOP's across stores.
- Planning and ensure end-to-end closure of inventory audits across assigned territory
- Drive reduction in gross mismatch, inventory shortage, and without-barcode stock.
- Ensure VM guidelines and promotional offer execution are consistently implemented across all stores.
- Coordinate timely resolution of repair and maintenance issues, including closure of SEP portal tickets for all stores.- Review and explicit all pending GIT, GR, and IST inventory transactions at stores.
- Ensure compliance of cash-handling processes, including daily cash deposits as per actual store collections.
- Ensure availability and timely updating of legal licenses, statutory abstracts, and mandatory registers at stores.
- Identify and highlight process and inventory-related gaps to respective regional teams.

10 to 12 years of retail experience, preferably in store operations
