Restaurant Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to manage daily restaurant operations and lead our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in restaurant management, staff supervision, customer service, and food & beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and daily assignments.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service issues professionally.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and basic cost control.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations.
- Prepare daily reports and support sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Good leadership, communication,



and team-management skills.
- Solid customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of food & beverage operations, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts when required.
