Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to job seekers and understand their career requirements.

- Sell B2C career services including Career Enhancement, Resume & Profile Building, and Interview & Career Guidance services.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing customers.

- Generate references from existing customers to build the sales pipeline.

- Handle lead generation, customer follow-ups, and conversion.

- Manage pre-sales to post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Understand customer feedback and share insights for product/service improvement.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

- Use CRM tools and MS Excel for tracking and reporting.

Key Skills / Requirements





- 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Outbound Calling.

- Robust calling, communication and consultative selling skills.

- Experience in selling B2C products/services to professionals or company executives.

- Strong lead generation, probing, presentation and negotiation skills.

- Good relationship-building and account management skills.

- Comfortable working with CRM tools such as Salesforce and MS Excel.

- Target-oriented with the ability to learn concepts quickly.

Job Details: Hyderabad | Full Time | Monday–Saturday | 9:30 AM–6:30 PM.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
