Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Retail Counter Sales Executive to join our textile retail outlet. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products, handling counter sales, billing, maintaining product displays, and achieving sales targets.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Training and product knowledge will be provided to suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable fabrics and textile products.
- Explain product features, quality, fabric type, design, size, color, and pricing.
- Handle counter sales and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain attractive and organized product displays.
- Handle billing, cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Prepare invoices and sales orders as required.
- Check product availability and coordinate with the store/warehouse team.
- Handle customer queries, exchanges, returns, and complaints professionally.
- Promote new arrivals, offers, seasonal collections, and special schemes.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain daily sales and transaction records.
- Assist with stock checking, product tagging, and inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and professional showroom workplace.




- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with the store manager and team members for smooth showroom operations.

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.

Experience

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, textile, home furnishing, fashion, home décor, or lifestyle products will have an added advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
