We are looking for energetic, trustworthy, and reliable Retail &

- Cafe Staff to join our 24/7 store team. As our store operates around the clock and features a quick-serve cafe section, candidates must be comfortable handling both retail operations and basic cafe food preparation using frozen items. This role requires working on a rotational shift schedule (including morning, evening, and overnight shifts).

Key Responsibilities

- Cafe Food Preparation: Prepare and serve basic cafe food items (such as fries, burgers, sandwiches, and puffs) by frying, baking, or microwaving ready-to-cook frozen food.

- Customer Service: Greet customers, take cafe and retail orders, and resolve basic queries politely.

- Billing &
- Cash Handling:

Manage the POS/billing counter accurately for both retail goods and cafe orders using cash, cards, and UPI apps.

- Stock &

- Inventory:

Monitor expiry dates of retail goods, track frozen food stock levels,



and store inventory in freezers correctly.

- Cafe Hygiene:

Clean food prep equipment (fryers/microwaves), wipe down cafe tables, and keep retail aisles neat and tidy.

- Safety &

- Security:

Follow standard food hygiene guidelines and store operating safety rules, especially during night shifts.

Requirements &

- Skills

- Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass

- Shift Flexibility: Must be 100% willing to work in a 24/7 rotational shift workplace (including night shifts, weekends, and holidays).

- Skills: Comfort around basic kitchen appliances (microwaves/fryers), basic math skills for billing, and a polite attitude.

- Document Check: Valid ID proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card) is mandatory.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
