Role Description This full-time Retail Merchandiser role is an on-site position located in Jaipur.

The Retail

Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and organizing product displays, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and presenting sarees, dress materials, and dupattas in a way that maximizes customer appeal and sales. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with sales staff, tracking product performance, implementing visual merchandising guidelines, and preparing store layouts for new collections and seasonal promotions. The role also involves monitoring inventory,



recommending reordering or markdowns, and gathering feedback from customers and store teams to improve product placement and assortment.

The Retail

Merchandiser will collaborate closely with sales and marketing to support store events and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for interacting with customers, store teams, and management.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to ensure a positive in-store experience and support repeat business.
- Candidates should possess practical Retail skills, including understanding store operations, visual merchandising, and inventory handling.
- Candidates should possess effective Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to promote products, support campaigns, and help achieve revenue targets.
- Relevant experience in fashion, textiles, or apparel merchandising is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage time efficiently, and adapt to peak retail seasons.
- Basic analytical skills for interpreting sales data and making merchandising recommendations.
- Minimum of a higher secondary education; a diploma or degree in retail, fashion, or business is an advantage.
