Restaurant Manager – Burma Burma Restaurant & Tea Rooms

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service.
- Lead, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including stewards, servers, and supervisors.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Monitor restaurant sales, costs, inventory, and wastage.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food service.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and shift allocation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food-safety standards, and workplace procedures.
- Conduct staff briefings and monitor team performance.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales targets, operational issues, and improvements.
- Ensure the restaurant is properly set up before service and closed according to procedures.




- Support promotional activities and help improve customer satisfaction and restaurant performance.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or Restaurant Supervisor.
- Experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations and hygiene standards.
- Ability to manage staff and work effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to work adaptable shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Good knowledge of English; knowledge of Hindi/Kannada is an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
